Chaga
Sold Out $24.00
Sustainably harvested wild chaga “inonotus obliques” from the western mountain of Maine. It is natural to find bits of birch bark in the chaga. The black pieces of the chaga are some of th most nutrient rich pieces of chaga.
Combine 1 tbsp of chaga in 2-3 cups of water in a pot, and bring to a simmer. Turn the heat to as low as possible and simmer for 20 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavor. Strain the grounds out and put in a glass jar, storing in the refrigerator (for up to one week) to make additional batches of tea. Add honey for some sweetness!
