Garam Masala Honey Roasted Salmon (or Pork)

[Serves 4]



  • Rub honey all over with Garam Masala honey, sprinkle with salt and marinate, refrigerated, for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Roast salmon for about 20-25 minutes to an internal temperature of 130°, pork for about 30-45 minutes to an internal temperature of 165°.  Remove from oven and let rest for about five minutes before serving

Serving suggestions:  accompany with rice and roasted squash; pairs beautifully with Honig Sauvignon Blanc or Les Abeilles Côtes du Rhone rouge
