Greek Yogurt - fill 1/3 of your favorite bowl with some plain Greek Yogurt (I like the lowfat.)

Add a heaping tablespoon of Pine Barren or Star Thistle honey (or whatever you have at hand.)

Stir in a handful of granola.  The best I've found for this mixture is the Ginger Zing found in the bulk section at Hannaford.  If you don't have that kind consider adding a pinch of dry ginger - it's the perfect accent.
