Honey Balsamic Dressing

Toss this dressing with some dried cranberries, baby spinach, and romaine.  Add some croutons and goat cheese if you're feeling fancy, or whatever favorite salad ingredients you like. 

Also makes a great marinade for grilled chicken or salmon.  Experiment.  Go crazy.

2 oz. Balsamic Vinegar

2 oz. Rice Wine Vinegar

4 oz. Vegetable Oil

4 oz. Olive Oil

1 heaping teaspoon Dijon Mustard

1 heaping teaspoon Honey

1/4 teaspoon celery salt

Put the above ingredients in a blender and blend until it has the consistency of chocolate sauce.
